A tiny reminder
Meal prep is support, not another rule.
Start with one or two recipes. Pause when you eat, notice your hunger and energy, and let “good enough” be genuinely good enough. The plan is here to make your week kinder, not stricter.
You've got this. I believe in you, pookie ♡
Meal-prep safety: refrigerate cooked food promptly in shallow containers, use most cooked leftovers within 3-4 days, cook chicken to 165°F / 74°C, and reheat leftovers to 165°F / 74°C. Freeze extra portions if they will sit longer. USDA guidance.
Macros are useful estimates, not lab results. They change with brands, exact produce size, cooking yield, and portioning. Check package labels when precision matters.
